On Monday, 21 September 2009, Tenors Un Limited were honoured to sing the iconic Nessun Dorma at Sir Bobby Robson's memorial service at Durham Cathedral.

The service was attended by football greats, past & present as well as dignitaries from communities across the North East. Among those delivering tributes were Sir Alex Ferguson & Gary Lineker and Katherine Jenkins sang Pie Jesu. Fans congregated at St. James' Park and Ipswich Town to watch the service & pay their respects and the service was viewed & listened to by millions on SKY, SKY Sports News, BBC News 24 & BBC Radio 5 Live.

He touched millions of lives in the footballing world and also set out to make a diference in the lives of those suffering with cancer - the disease that would ultimately take his life in July 2009 - by setting up the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation.
